Very odd question...you say you like Kaori Ozaki...does that mean you're an Immortal Rain fan? Because wow, that would be just incredible to find another fan of such a little-known manga on devART. I might just die happy.

HUGE fan of Immortal Rain. Without a doubt, one of the best Manga I'm currently collecting. Got up to volume five on my shelf. And it's cool, like you said, to find another fan. It's such a great manga, but almost no one has heard of it.

I just got volume six. I read it in like fifteen minutes. It's probably my favorite manga that I collect too, though it may tie with a slight Ranma 1/2 obsession (it was my first manga, gimme a break). But yeah, the art in Immortal Rain is AMAZING. The moment I picked it up I was totally impressed and immersed. Characters are great, paneling is great, art is phenomenal, and plot is---well, WOAH. Anyways. That's my Immortal Rain rant.

Volume six is out already? I thought it wasn't coming out until August. Dagh. Getting my manga crossed. Between that, Bleach, Chrono Crusade, Trigun, and Rurouni Kenshin it's a wonder I can keep my storylines straight.

Heh. Rorouni Kenshin. I'm always depressed by that series. So Bleach is good? I've been sort of eyeing it.

Bleach is very good. Funny at times (and the humor is actually very American), very well drawn, and a totally unique story. Tite Kubo's style is nothing short of awesome.
(And, while I prefer Barns and Nobel, I have to admit that Borders does generally have a better selection. Of course, Waldenbooks has them both beat. They had a Kuroneko-sama bobblehead! Stupid lack of money...)

I don't usually go into Waldenbooks because it's in the mall, and the mall is very frightening. Very. And there isn't a B&N in Portland, so...c'est la vie. I used to go to B&N when I lived in Augusta and they did have a really good selection of regular novels (better than Borders), but like I said, there's not really the option anymore >_>

I'm lucky. I have both a B&N and a Borders within a fifteen minute drive of my house. And I live in the middle of nowhere, so that's a bloody short drive.

Wow. Can't be that middle of nowhere, can it? Borders is like twenty minutes for me because you have to go through downtown and then onto the highway to get there, even though it's only like five miles x_x

Along with everyone else (it would seem) I'm in more than awe at your artistic skills and ideas. Your ability to not only create a drawing, but an entire setting and atmosphere in one go, not to mention your attention to detail- I've yet to think of a word to describe it.
