# About me
Love to sketch draw paint and play with digital media. I also make jewelry, lampwork beads and do some metal smithing and lapidary work as well. This one is just for the drawing, painting and digital stuff. I have always loved to sketch and draw, don't really know if I am any good at it. But I have fun and enjoy the process and hopefully I will get better as time goes by.# Comments

Don't even worry about it, I totally know there are only so many hours in the day lol.Β I tend to be able to keep up better in the winter as we are pretty active people and generally spend as much time outside and out and aboutΒ in the spring and summer as we can squeeze in.

Well, that is always a good thing, but I tend to like the winter months for outside more than the summer ones. Just me I suppose LOL (Redhead fair skin runs in my family)!! Probably why I like to schedule vacations around Christmas!! LOL but don't get me wrong! I love summer and spring too, but fall the most!Β

I'm glad someone like winter anyway lol.Β I hate driving in it and I hate the darkness. But I'm a June baby so that may have something to do with it.Β I do appreciate spring and fall though, and I enjoy winter around Christmas time.Β But winter sports just make me want to crawl under a warm blanket lol.

Well, dunno night time is my favorite time. I love the beautiful moon and the glittering stars it's quite and peaceful and you can feel the breeze and well .... even if there is snow on the ground it's the quiet stillness of it all and the perfect tranquility. I tend to like hockey, but I have never been to a game only watched it on TV and skiing and snowboarding look like quite a bit of fun, but I live in a warmer climate and we don't get really cold winters, and I think I have only seen snow a handful of times in my lifetime.Β
LOL we named the Alaskan Spitz we had Snow. So one day it actually did snow where I live. We all said wow look at the snow, and my cousin's 3 year old when outside to look for the dog! RLOF!!Β
Well, winter is also a great time for snuggling with that special someone wrapped in a blanket around the fireplace inside or outside on the patio. Warm drinks and delicious food. Christmas is really not one of my favorite holidays. I tend to like Halloween and not because of all the pagan etc stuff. It's just a time to remember those who have passed from this life to the next and to honor them. All souls day! All Hallows Eve......... Dia De Los Muertos!Β

I like the night too.Β I'm a night person as far as my sleep patterns go, but since I work a day job I rarely get to indulge in staying up really late.
We get a lot of winter, which may be why I don't like it lol. It gets below zero on a fairly regular basis and frequently get 6 inches up to 2 feet of snow.
Thankfully, the last couple of years, while really cold, the snow levels weren't that bad for most of the year.Β My energy level is a lot lower in the winter
which i don't really like although I do enjoy the cuddling around the fireplace lol.
Christmas for me is the one holiday when all of us are together, the kids are home from college, or have come up from South Carolina (my and daughter in law live 10 hours away, and my niece and nephew go to college about 4 hours away.Β In opposite directions lol)Β Its also the one day we eat a very traditional German meal so it really brings so many good memories of my mom and dad.
