Rachel, I know I haven't been there every time you've needed me and I'm sorry I'm not always around to help you or that I don't know all the right things to say. If I could I'd take away all your sadness and keep it for myself because you deserve to be happy. I remember what it was like when you were happy. c: If only things could have stayed like that. Though, they do say all things happen for a reason so maybe this sad time in your life is just fates way of making you stronger. I know it probably seems like the world is always out to get you and that things are always going to suck, but one day things will get better. You've just gotta give them a chance. Even little things such as someone smiling at you. Take each of those things into your heart and get rid of that dull ache that the depression has caused. You're an amazing girl and I seriously do not regret becoming your friend at all, even if we've had a few bumps here and there. I told you you'll never lose me and I mean it. That's what real friendship is. I will not abandon you. I will fight for you as much as I can. All I ask is that you try fight for yourself as well. I can try help as much as I possibly can, but in the end only you can decide that you truly want to be happy. If you give up on yourself anything I say and do won't actually be helping you because you'll just end up back where you started. I love you, so please don't give up before you've even lived.
