# About me

I started out in the animation industry as a cel painter on cartoons '"Doug" and "PB&J Otters" in the late 90's. Fast forward 10+ years worth of inking, in-betweening and character designs for various animation studios, I'm currently a designer/animator for a mobile gaming company in the SF bay area.

Thanks so much. The vodka bottles were actually done as a prize of a contest. The company chose 5 artists designs as winners and featured our designs on their bottles. So no charges for us

Wow, I'm honored to be compared to Miyazaki-san. I hope no Miyazaki fans will see this, or I'll be pelted with rocks. Someone that I know recently married his niece, and supposedly Mei in Totoro was modeled after her!

Yeah, Ringworm was a doozie, but I'm ok now. I'm surprised that I didn't get it earlier since I was always given the job of cleaning Ringworm cages (which no one wanted, of course).

I'm hoping to finish painting the ice cream pic on my blog...soon!

I just came back from an animation convention in Los Angeles. I talked with so many great artists and I can't wait to get my next piece done.

My husband and I are also thinking of doing Anime/Manga convention in US. Is there a good one in California?

Anime Expo is the largest anime/manga convention in the United States. It's held in Los Angeles this year, from July 1st to 5th.
