Maybe I should've guessed that.  If I had something set up, I'd have maybe ordered plenty of commissions by now, from multiple different artists.  But sadly it'll all have to wait until I can get a new bank account.  Oh well, guess my friend's gift will have to wait.

I am! Just been busy, between work, teaching karate, and earning my second-degree black belt. I've been doing some art, but since most of it's been for use other places I haven't really had much to post here for a while. (Though I've got a number of half-finished things I keep meaning to get posted.)

I'm good. Gonna move to Bristol, UK for university in a month or so. Drawing is like..eh.. slowly moving on, still takes me like 10+ hours for a simple one. Haven't got any luck with pixel though xD

That is awesome! Sounds like a really exciting change for you. I hope all goes well with the transition! 

Your art is coming along so well. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about how long it takes you to do things. I tend to be a very slow artist too, and I know how frustrating it can be. Some of it gets faster with practice and experience, of course, but I think some of it can also be just your own natural working pace and not necessarily a bad thing. 

I'm still on dragcave, but not very active anymore. Focusing on my original writing (finished one book, which I've started sending to agents, and working on another) and art (I've started working with my sister on some book cover design). And there's work, too, of course - mostly editing and proofreading still.

It's an animal-based YA fantasy. A little bit similar to the Warrior Cats series, if you've heard of that, but with a lot more fantasy elements and a variety of different creatures. (LOL, and if I ever do get successfully published, I would be very happy to give you an autographed copy. XD)

Life's been good! Crazy busy lately - some new work training, plus caring for an abandoned kitty who was in really rough shape, among other things. I keep meaning to get more stuff done to post here, but somehow it just hasn't happened. XD I hope you're doing well!

If I haven't told you, I'm studying in the UK now xP It's summer holiday but I still have to prepare for the Ielts exam coming in September and write the personal statement to apply for universities.. Pretty tiring and boring stuff >3>

Though other than that I'm great xD

(And my English has improved a lot. I don't think I make any grammar mistake when writing anymore )

I didn't hear that you were in the UK now - that's awesome! How are you liking it? Is it what you expected it would be? I hope the exam prep goes well... That does sound quite exhausting to work on.

It is so hard to focus on things like that over the summer, when there are so many other things to do and you just want to enjoy the break. At least it's stuff that'll help your future, though, even if it's tough now!
