Ah, yes. I thought I was right but I doubled checked. Here it is;
"In proper correct speech , you must say:
"My friend and I had popcorn", acting as subject.
"She likes my friend and me", because its object.
But I think that they (English speakers) usually use "my friend and me" when in informal/familiar speech.
It's me Socrates and me. "My friend and I" is correct because the pronoun is used in the subjective case. For example, we wouldn't say, "Me would like to meet you."
"Me and my friend" would be incorrect but nonetheless could be used ONLY if you were to be using English slang/ improper English or you want particular emphasis on the 'me' in the context.

I found something:
It is "I" when you are doing the action in the sentence. It is otherwise "me" when you are receiving the action.
In "a normal day for alicia and me" you are receiving the normal day, therefore it is "me", regardless of whether it is plural or singular.

Those rules are correct but "a normal day for Alicia and I" still isn't. Could you please highlight the specific rule which makes "a normal day for me" turn into "a normal day for Alicia and I" when turned plural? :0
