First of all, you don't go up to some random stranger for points. It's nonsensical and it might get you a negative reaction. People just don't hand out points to just anyone. Usually, I would have to know you as a friend to give you points.
Secondly, I don't even have points. Furthermore, you are asking the wrong guy in general for points. I don't care how polite one is, that question is just plain rude. Heavily consider making your own points or asking people you know well to lend you points.
