Why? I just draw whether it's human, animals or anthro. As long as I'm having fun then that's all that counts :3 (And it's actually easier for me because.. I draw animals better than people)

Well, the furry community has a.. less than reputable status on the internet. Although if you're having fun I can't really criticise that because I think fun is more important than technical sophistication too.

Its nicer to keep challenging yourself to improve on your art than stay mediocre though

Ahh yes I do know about that.. kinda xD Must be because some people in the furry community link it to sexual stuff. For me, anthro is.. cool! Furries are awesome xD As long as it's nothing related to what they call "yiff" The same goes to fursuits I'm actually planning to make one myself, not to benefit myself though. It's to make kids, teens, and other people laugh and smile

I agree that it's nicer to have something to challenge yourself. Whenever I start on drawing non-animals.. it's a huge challenge right there.. to the point that it gets frustrating xD

It's not more appealing than normal cartoons. It's just different. That's what I like about it. I've never actually seen animated furry xD It's just the art form, how people draw it, different styles of drawing etc.
