# About me

Conceptual & multi media artist living in the Lake District now after a lifetime of transient wanderings.. Being a fifth generation Cumbrian I am immensely proud of my heritage and Kendal has remained my base and main source of inspiration throughout the years.

Having the opportunity to visit many countries and observe aspects of different cultures has also provided me with the passion for creating work that encompasses an eclectic mix of elements and agendas.

Mainly self taught, I returned to college six years ago to study Art and Design on a Foundation Diploma course, following this with a Foundation Degree in Drawing, which I completed three years ago.

I have continued throughout the last ten years to create artwork and exhibit locally, having sold work locally, nationally & internationally.
Two years ago I was lucky enough to find a studio in Holme Mills, which is where I now work from.
