Funny thing is I haven't either. Uhm... I really enjoyed Watershed, Ghost Reveries and many singles from older albums. Like Silhouette from Orchid.

Hah, I know exactly how you feel. That's usually how I feel when people ask what I listen too, or what my favorite band is. Opeth was the closest thing to an answer I had a while ago, but I don't really have one now.
I think as far as songs go, I really liked The Drapery Falls, A Fair Judgment, Deliverance and Hours of Wealth. But I also really liked a lot of other stuff they did too. Silhouette was also a favorite for quite a well, but I over-listened to it. S:

Song wise I enjoy Porcelain Heart, Baying of the Hounds (I like the ending), Atonement, Coil, Hours of Wealth, Grand Conjuration, Bleak, Harlequin Forest and a few others I can't remember right now.

Porcelain Heart is a good one, so is Grand Conjuration. Bleak is fantastic but it doesn't stick with me like the other ones I mentioned do. Same with Harlequin Forest. I don't think I've actually heard Baying of the hounds, Atonement or Coil yet... so I'll have to look into them.
