Claiming to know the answer to a question yet asking it anyway? sort of futile, wouldn't you say? at any rate, you are correct. Sorry but I'm currently tangled in multiple projects, however, I suggest next time don't lead with such pessimistic assumptions because even if the artist is able, most people don't like working with pessimistic clients. (Not saying you are but that's just how it comes across)

I'll put up a notice whenever I'm up for commissions, but it might not be for a while.
