My apologies for the delayed reply, I've been terribly busy. Wiccan doesn't necessarily mean a female higher power. In fact, it doesn't even have to mean a higher power at all. Wiccan, to me, is more of a spiritual thing. It's about nature and the Earth and about bringing yourself up to a higher spiritual state. Working your spirit both intelligently and emotionally, instilling discipline in your energy and learning control. I love it because it gives me power and confidence, while at the same time feeling connected. If you were to choose to take a more religious side of it, you would be Pagan, meaning you believe in multiple gods and goddesses and choose to worship one in particular or more. Really there are no strict rules about it and no one can tell you what you're doing is wrong. That's the wonderful thing about it. Of course there are a few rules that must apply for your safety and the safety of others, but besides that it's completely up to you what you choose to believe and what you don't. ^^

Well to be honest it does seem like there is a lot you still need to learn. And you should never resort to the Internet when it comes to learning about wicca and magick, because there are so many false and misleading sources that it's so difficult to shift through all the bull shit information. So, if I were you, I'd find myself a teacher. I, myself, have had about 3 to 4 different teachers throughout the 6+ years that I've been a practicing wiccan, which is good. It's good to have a plethora of different types of sources so you get a more wellrounded set of knowledge. 
So this is my advice to you my friend ^^

Thank you for the advice but I fear I miss led you I am not a Wiccan I just love the idea of magic and the earth mother. I have been trying to researching
different religions and I know that The Internet is not the way to do it. That are so many people
That will go out of there way to make one look better then the overs. I thank you for you time and input .

Haha, not at all. There's actually a lot of light and positivity in my life, I'm just fascinated with the shadows of life and that's all I'm interested in writing about. It's kinda like if you know the founder of studio Ghibli, Hayao Miyazaki, who made all these happy, feel good films, actually said once that he has had plenty of dark times in his life but he wasn't interested in portraying that in his work. He was only interested in conveying positivity. I'm kinda the opposite of that. ^^
