It's always good to lose the weight of an account you made four years ago. So obviously making a new account at 6am when I have midterms I haven't studied for in a few hours is the best possible time to do it.

I'm assuming they must be, if you haven't heard of them. They're exactly what they sound like: tests you take in the middle of the year. They're sort of the big test you take to determine what you've learnt so far, and for some classes they're worth a lot of points towards your grade. People tend to get worked up over them because of it.

First year in University. This first year was only me taking the classes I was forced to take, like English, or Maths, or History, so next year I'll get to take classes I want to take. I'm sure that'll be more fun.

If you don't mind me asking, what part of the UK are you from? England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales? (I checked your profile when you said something about an "American Thing".)
