Really the biggest thing i can say if you want to improve at drawing is to practice as much as you can. And to look at peoples work that are good, check out conceptart.org, cardesignnews as well, those places have a lot of good work but there are tons of others.there really isn't any easy way to get better, it takes a lot of time, but practice is by far the best thing you can do if you want to get better. hope that helps.
