First of all, Inuyasha isn't a 'thing' hes a person. Hes from the Manga called 'InuYasha" heres a clue: Inuyasha is a half demon born human mother, and a dog demon father in the futil era almost 500 years ago. His demon side is eager to come out, and because of it he has an attitude. Though one day he meets a Preistess Kikyo, whom he falls in Love with. Kikyo tries to tame his attitude, but she hadn't had enought time with him; Kikyo, guards the shikon jewel: a jewel that can grant power to whomever posesses it. Since Inuyasha like being half demon, but loves Kikyo, he is willing to change to a full human for Kikyo. So, the day Kikyo was going to give Inuyasha the shikon Jewel, Naraku interferes.... For he comes and turns into Inuyasha, and wounds Kikyo. In her last minutes of life, she manages to pin Inuyasha to a tree with an arrow. So, inuyasha wouldn't get the Shikon Jewel, she is burned with it when she dies. 50 years pass before a young girl named Kagome comes, and unpins Inuyasha to that tree. Kagome is a 15 year old girl who live in Tokyo Japan. She has a mother, brother, and Grampa. Nobody really know about her father. (note: it you do PLEASE let me know so I can post it!) She's a highschool girl, too. Though how did Kagome get to the futil ers to pull out the arrow? Well, since Inuyasha's time was the futil era, Kagome had to go through an enchanted well that allows her to time travel from today to the futil era. Though she didn't accidentally fall into the well, A demon pulled her in. Now she is in the futile Era, and she finds inuyasha and pulls the arrow out. Then, the demon whome pulled her into the well, came back and bit her side. And out of her side pops the shikon jewel! Inuyasha tries to get it, but then a bird demon gets it, and Kagome shoots it with an arrow, therefore shattering the shikon no tama into a thousand peices. Therefore, Inuyasha and Kagome have to work together to get the peices of of the shikon jewel before other demons do! Remember, the shikon Jewel grants power to whomever posesses it. Imagine if all demons had a part of it! CHAOS! Before going on their hunt, Kaede, Kikyo's younger sister, explains that if that shikon jewel popped out of Kagome's side, ther Kagome must be Kikyo's reincarnation. And that means that Kagome has preistess powers. That is why she was able to shoot the arrow at the bird and...acidentaly shatter the Shikon Jewel. So then Kagome and Inuyasha set off their long journey of collecting the shikon no tama shards. Through time Inuyasha and Kagome get closer to eachother, and soon the fall in love. But there are only certain moments where they show it. Neither one with show it unless the other one does....but I can't tell you anymore, because you'll have to either watch the anime or read the manga! But here it a clue:
