I've looked through it a bit, it might help if you link each page to the next. It would help it flow better.
Right now your stuff is a bit rough around the edges, but you'll keep improving as you draw it. If you ever want any advice or anything feel free to ask me.

I have my own comic I draw called "Bound by Blood" if you want to check it out, but it doesn't have anything to do with "Undertale" so I'm not sure if it's up your alley, unless you like Fantasy genre stories.

Thanks for the advice I'm using some basic art tools for the comic since art tools on a laptop are a bit pricey since my family are saving up our money for a new house due to our current lease is about to expire soon. Alright, reminder for myself is to link each page! And I will give your comic a look!
