—I noticed, however, that in Drow Ranger (Traxex) - Dota 2 there are no icons displayed. This happens (I think) because you used the thumb codes. You don't need to use the thumb codes is better to use "add media". Another possibility is that dA has a bug that makes the icosn dissapear. In any case, here it is the same links:

You can copy and paste them if you want. For the urls, I just used the ones you provided (except in tumblr, I had to search that one) and I wrote above them. You can change the titles with the same method. And you also can use "add media". I used 50x50 icons but you can use another icons that are not mine or use another sizes.
