Sorry, but I have a ton of stuff consuming my time, and then my own projects. So I'm afraid I'll have to say sorry, but no.
Your creatures already have a great start, design-wise. The key to any sort of realism is references and patience. Try looking at a lot of animal and other well-captured creature pictures that show anatomy really well, and try to model and modify certain aspects of the animals in a way that suits your creature. Time and practice are the best things when making a creature.
I'm no creature artist though, I'm just speaking from my extremely limited experience with doing full-on creature illustrations rather than sketches. I mostly doodle, and have been doing it for a very long time. My "Xenoamphibian" picture took too many hours to count, and much of it was spent getting the perspective and fine details just right the way I wanted them to look. It takes a long time, but the end result is very satisfying.
I hope I'm not sounding like a lecturer.
