So I think I'll draw something sometime soon - I've probably said this like hundreds of times now.

(It's just that I can't think of what to draw! lol)

I've been away from anime's for the past few days. Though it's not because I'm busy, it's just because I've been lazy (as usual) hehe

All I've been doing these days is staying at my home, playing on my 3DS (Fire Emblem) and munching on ice-lollies

....it's just too hot over here in Japan! I'll be grilled and turn into a nice roast if I go out! lol

Anyways! What have you been up to these days?

I saw some Dunganronpa goods sold at shop the other day.

Have you watched "Attack on Titan"??

I watched a few episodes of Code Geass before but I just got a bit meh so I stopped.
I don't think I'm a big fan of the robot-ish kind of animes.
But, my friends said that it's a really good anime. They said that it especially gets good around Season 2.

Woo! Naruto becomes stronger!
I'm guessing it's the typical JUMP hero type manga (like Bleach and One Piece).
Come to think about it, I think this is my first ever mainstream (?) anime I've ever watched!
I don't mind Naruto's voice that much actually
I dunno why but Naruto has a really adorable character lol

I haven't been watching anime's much recently so I'm still on episode 3 :/
I think I watched "Dusk Maiden of Amnesia" so quick since I just had that anime to watch

Chobits is..... *searches wikipedia* Romantic comedy genre
I've only watched an episode so far so I'm not too sure what it's like lol
Oh! I've started watching "Fairy Tail" too.
Yeah, I'll pop Maid-sama to my NEED-TO-WATCH list hehe

I've watched an episode and then......just faded off my list lol

If I were to rank Full Metal Alchemist, Elfen Lied, Angel Beats!, I think it'd be:
1. Full Metal Alchemist
2. Elfen Lied
3. Angel Beats!

Full Metal Alchemist is good as Death Note but they're both awesome in different ways so it's quite hard to compare which one's better.

I've watched the first episode of Naruto!!
I've only watched 1 episode so I can't say much but so far it's pretty cool!
I hate it when animes start rubbishly but this one's really interesting!!!
There's loads of episodes to go through but I'll definitely continue to watch.
....And then we can discuss about it!!

I've also started watching Chobits (my friend suggested it to me). It's a really cute anime

I think I'll pick up reading Maid-sama for now - I don't think I can handle watching 3 different animes at the same time lol

Oh! And I've finished watching "Dusk Maiden of Amnesia"!!
It was really good! Poor Yuuko-san about her past but glad it was a happy ending!


Hmmm....mystery/action/thriller animes...
I have to say, "Mirai Nikki" was one the best animes I've watched.
So don't expect "Mirai Nikki" standard of mystery!

But anyways, how about.....Elfen Lied?
It's pretty bloody & yucky but I liked the story
It's quite sad at the end and makes you feel you want to watch more episodes!

Not a mystery or thriller or anything but, Angel Beats! was a good anime.
It's got bits of comedy, action, romance and some touching scenes towards the end.
Plus, the art's nice

If you want completely action anime, then it's "Shingeki no Kyojin" (English name = Attack on Titan)
....this is AMAZING!
It's really really really really popular (hot topic) in Japan right now.
It's action but the story kind of makes you think

I'm going off in a slight tangent here but, I also suggest "Full Metal Alchemist".
Trust me, it's as good as Death Note
There's "Full Metal Alchemist" and there's "Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood".
Brotherhood is the "newer" one and it follows the same storyline as the original manga.
The "Full Metal Alchemist" followed the storyline as the manga but then it caught up with it so they made the ending into a completely different story.
They're both good but maybe it's best to watch the Brotherhood first

Ahh I see, you like more of a romance genre anime & drama.

But, any recommendations on romance animes?
I'm actually a bit interested in watching some romance animes but I just don't know which one to watch!
I tried watching CLANNAD but I just couldn't stand the art lol

I've read a bit of "Kaicho wa Maid-sama" online but I don't know why but stopped reading it (just forgot about it lol).

With drama, I remember watching a drama "Sekai no Chuushin de Ai wo Sakebu" (English name = "Socrates in Love").
It was a really really popular romance drama at that time and it was so so sad!!!
It's Sad + Romance so maybe you might like it..?
(Though it is really really sad!!)

I've completely forgot to add to my watched anime list:

Vampire Knight was.....okay. (Really personal opinion but, the story got a bit stupid towards the end)
Hakuouki is originally from otome game, but the art was really good but the story got a bit dull at times.
The story just got sadder and sadder as it progressed since a lot of characters die! D:

Is Deadman Wonderland good? I was thinking of watching that but weren't sure.
Btw, Elfen Lied is quite gory - about gory as Higurashi or...a bit more I think.

Okay, I think I'll stop here before I go into a MEGA essay! lol

I better warn you that there are more gory-ish scenes and also scenes which may creep you out.
If you're okay with it go ahead and enjoy! If not, I suggest you to stop watching it (I don't want you to feel sick because of me! lol)

But it does have a good ending!
If are puzzled by some stuff, don't worry because it goes and reveals all the mystery in the 2nd season.

I've seen "Hana Yori Dango" too It was really good!
I don't usually watch love-comedy genre but I enjoyed this one

My favourite one is Byakuyakou". I've watched it like 4 times!
It's got a really clever story and involves crimes. But it's not one of those suspense/thriller sort of drama.
It's actually quite sad.
The one I watched was the 2006 one, featuring Haruka Ayase & Takayuki Yamada - I doubt you know these actors though!

It's been remade into a movie about a year ago? but I haven't watched that one.
