Nu... imma noob at this, this will be my first animation EVER ;^;

well I mean I could only explain it the best I can, you just need to draw one frame, then for the next movement, you have to either (1..redraw the last seen with the slight movement in the direction you want) or (2..copy and past the last fame and edit and fix it to look like the next movement you want, going that way from there on) I would recommend 2.
The way I do it is that the first base is always a sketch when drawing right? well then I will have all the frames i needs sketched out, then I go into this site gifmaker.me/ and upload them in there, then you can watch how smooth it is and determine if you need to make any changes.
once you get the gif moving like you want, you can trace over the sketch with your final drawings.
that's about the best I can do for you, you should try something really simple for your first animation. good luck.
