I was just about to say what tgibbs has already said. Under Canadian Food Inspection Agency rules, caffeine may only be added to brown cola-type beverages -- which excludes Mountain Dew. As I understand it, Mountain Dew is caffeinated in the U.S., however.

yeah, in the US the whole point of mountain dew is its insane amounts of caffeine, so it seemed a fail to me, but i understand why it doesnt make sense to some though now. thats a very interesting beverage law by the way... thanks a lot for the info!

No i didn't. seems to me (at least in america) that the point of mountain dew is the ridiculous amounts of caffeine they put in it, thats why late night gamers love it so much, its notorious for its caffeine so i thought it was kind of a fail that they would have caffeine FREE mountain dew. its probably better to 'secretly' decaffinate it so people don't get so jacked up on caffeine. probably not the best attempt at a fail on my part concidering i didnt know the international caffeine laws. haha. thanks for your comment on my gallery too!!
