I mainly use Photoshop, but sometimes I use SAI, opencanvas, or painter. It really depends on the picture. Thanks for the kind words tho!~

NO.

Never in my life do I recall even having an inkling of desire to become a mangaka. To me, manga is harder than animation, painting, drawing, etc. I hold very good manga in high esteem because of how much work just goes into them. They have to draw the backgrounds, screentone, draw the frames lol, panel, think about telling a story through panels/still images, make the story interesting/good at the same time, make good dialogue, draw the same design over and over again and keep the characters consistent, have a deadline (weekly usually), on top of that it's a hard market.

A lot of this can coincide with animation, but animation is a different field for me. It's one where you can save more money/effort lol. But, still challenging.

I hope this answers your question lol. Many people get confused why I just don't want to become a mangaka, but to be frank, I don't want to be one because it's just hard lol.

Tired, stressed, yeah but life is good! It's these periods of struggle that makes the brief respite that much sweeter. In fact, yesterday, I went to go deliver some rice cakes by bike riding through the cool Summer evening. Seeing the fireflies and hearing the crickets with the fading summer sun, was definitely a relishing moment.
