A group of people gather at a certain time and place to have their photos taken. Like a photo session.

You will need photographers and models/cosplayers.

For cons, a date/time and location is decide between the cosplayers from the same serie. Like at cosplay.com. Then you just have to show up. Photographers and fans of that serie might also show up just to take pictures.

Each photoshoot is a bit different depending on what the host decide to do.

I am not sure if I explain it alright. It's more like you come for the photoshoot, to meet and greet fellow cosplayers of the same serie and take photos with them.
