Show pix are always good. I've been going to noodles of shows. Went to a metal show Sunday night at a pizzeria. "Slayer played."* Pretty damn awesome.
What kind of summer class are you taking?

My summer's been pretty good - minus the summer-y part. It's still kinda cold here. Not that I miss the smelly humidity.

Lol, I haven't been to shows in forever except for the two last week. I'm trying to make up for it with multiple days of Warped Tour.
The smelly humidity is killing me here.
I mean there's some decent days where everything is good but then the sun comes out of nowhere with a vengeance.

Photos are still good. Did I reply to this already? I feel like I did a million years ago. I guess I just should have. Sorry 'bout that. Olympia is super not humid. It's crazy dry and often cold. Today I was wearing jeans and I got kinda chilly. Sometimes I can wear shorts, but most of the time I need tights or something and a cardigan - especially at night. I was totally wearing a flannel shirt last night. And yeah, in Washington. lol.
I did go to a punk show, though. My first in a long time. It was pretty good but the bands weren't outstanding or anything. I want to see a show that will blow my mind. I did pretty much once. But then I tried to see that band again and was totally denied b/c it was in a bar. Now they're out of town. Bummer for me.
How was Warped Tour? That happened already, right? I haven't been online in forever b/c I didn't have internet for a while.

I feel like I always forget to reply to these things (except in my case I actually do forget).

That sounds like fantastic weather, I'm still slightly being suffocated by how gross it is outside.

More shows'll turn up. For a while there weren't any good bands coming over here and now we're getting some, still not great but good enough.

Yeah Warped was around the end of July. To be honest it wasn't as good as last year. The only really good band there was Reel Big Fish. They played a cover of Take On Me and Enter Sandman along with another 30-45 minutes of songs. Besides them and one of the smaller band, Emarosa, it wasn't that great of a show.

I'm waiting for this weekend to see Envy On The Coast's farewell show and the kid who played Harry Potter in Harry Potter Musical.

I think I answered pretty much everything...
I haven't been on DeviantArt cause I rarely have anything to post anymore.

edit: That's actually a lie, I have stuff I just forget that I have it. I should do that now...

But that's no fun. I actually haven't kept up with them very well. I have their last two albums but they're pretty darn old now. I wanted to see them in like freshmen year - lol - but they never played. Delays... I'll probably make my cousin Richard go. He's my new friend substitute.

Nah, not knowing the words is my favorite. I started a new thing called "I'm only buying your new album if you impress me tonight". I saw Nada Surf twice before I actually bought the record they were touring for. And the first time I saw the Melvins I'd only heard about 8 of their songs. lol. From all random decades. (But they still played one of them! For 10 minutes.) Does that make me a poser or just cheap? That used to be the rule though. Play good live, get some more of my money. In the case of Nada Surf, however, they forgot what rock was after about '98. That wasn't my fault. Stellastarr is pretty neat though - I think you'd like them. But I don't want to be all judgmental.
