I don't want to blow smoke up your ass, but I want you to know I am impressed by your gallery. In many ways, your work at the age of 18 reminds me of where I was in my skills at that age.
I'm going to throw a number at you. I hope it doesn't scare you off or intimidate you.
I think your going to be very very good... in about 10 years. You may progress faster, but from what I see, if you stay with it, and keep working as diligently as you are now, In 8 or 10 years you'll be able to land a job in comics or manga, or fantasy spot illustration, and enjoy a very rewarding career.
What impresses me the most is the fact that you obviously are practicing ALL the skills and abilities you will need to be a pro. It shows, my friend, and you should be proud of yourself.

thanks a lot I didn't think that I was that good. I practiced a lot on my free time especially during summers not knowing if it would pay off. My parents don't really see much of a future in art since its more of a luxury than a prerequisite for life. Guess all I can do is keep practicing to get better.

If you broaden your skill set, like as in taking a course of study, you can begin working in commercial art much more quickly than 10 years.
By saying that, I meant that the skills you demonstrate now show a foundation that can develop into a very strong talent if you continue to work forward from where you are now. I started working in commercial art jobs that were not as glamorous as an illustrator's position in my early 20's, and hot my big break, if you will, when I was about 32 years old. From that point on, I made a living, raised my kids, and had a pretty good career and life, as a full time professional illustrator.
It is important that you draw full compositions instead of just figures, jade. Most young artists don't bother to develop their skills in a well rounded way, and they suffer later because of it, when they discover the reality that any art studio or company that employs illustrators is going to demand they be able to draw a whole hell of a lot more than just figures.
Because of the way you practice, and the ability you already have, you will be far ahead of the game when that time comes. Obviously you need to learn control. You need to draw cleaner, and more dynamically than you do now to really be ready to illustrate professionally, but that comes with time.
Put in the time, and the rewards will come.
