Yeah. Photoshop CS4 with the pen tool. Trace the outsides and insides of the lines, create a vector mask, fill with color.. That sort of thing.

Why are vector marks easier to use? I've just been using "fill".

Not easier, Sharper. Vector masks create nice solid lines.
