I have no clue, they used to keep it open all the time. I remember them mentioning about it before the Red Moon Festival but they haven't brought anything up since then. They might be accepting members after the event is all over though...

There is always next time if you still want to be a member. Once Genevieve has her babies(going to be having twins), Phillip will be going to back to Pandemoria, as he has assumed that Reggie has died on a adventure... I thought that would be the best way to say why Reggie is missing instead of just completely acting like she magically vanished. Though there is always that chance that she will pop up again from that long adventure

I think eventually she will pop up again! I'm so sorry my inactiveness has caused this issue for you. For now, I'd appreciate if you pretend she's gone, as that seems to be the most logical conclusion... Especially with her occupation. But I will be re-applying at some point
