hey awesome gallery!!
random question: i want to pursue a career in video game designer or some type of graphic design at least... what classes should i take in high school? More specifically, does calculus or physics have a lot to do with it? What can I expect in college (i.e. classes) if i do decide to follow such path?
Sorry for my inquisition...Im graduating in '09 and I still have absolut no idea where to go in life a/ways

theres quite a few positions for the game industry,
like:
- Concept Artist (need to be good at digital painting)
- Character modeler (need good knowledge of anatomy and softwares like Zbrush,Mudbox,3dsmax or Maya)
-Environmental modeler (subdivision modeling/sculpting non organic/organic, ie rock formation, dents, groves stuff like that)yeh also need to no 3dsmax or Maya
-Level artist (learn how to design game levels and how to essemble one in a game engine such as Unreal 3 editor, including lighting)
-Game designer (learn how to write detailed game documents that has gameplay elements,locations, atmosphere, etc..
-Special effects(particle effects like fire, explosions, rain drop.)
