Long time ago he Lived in Konoha. He was a friend to the Sannin When he an adult he was trying to find away to be the strongest in the world. When Kakashi (child)got the sharingan form Obito is when an idea got to him. If he can get other kekkei genkai from other people then he would be stronger. He ran out of the village thinking they would not like it. Then to present For some resaon he was not an adult but a child. He has 4 kekkei genkai and he wanted the saringan from Kakashi but he needed the solar eclips ( I dont remember why)

First Heruko turn into somthing that kakshi was in the of it. Kakashi started a different sarigan and naruto saves him but because of that Hiruko is still alive. Naruto does get Him with resengan shuriken there is more but im tired because of skhool.
