of course his books heve been translated, he's one of most famous finnish writers, his works have been translated into more than 40 languages
I have read a few novels written by finnish writers and I think his books are the best

I 've read Sinuhe long time ago, when I was maybe too young to understand some problems, but it was quite boring for me. In my opinion the best ones are Turms Immortal and Black Angel (origial title is probably Johannes Angelos, but I'm not sure)
