Konstantin couldn't help but to smile a little, knowing that the young man was still shivering just with his presence "oh da? mind if I go with you?" he had to admit that part of him felt curious about why the young man would always shiver, though.

"W-Well- I wasn't sure you'd be interested in my shopping, which is why I never asked-" That, was a boldfaced lie. He was very scared he'd tell Kungs Ivan that he did something wrong. "I-If you really want to though, you can."

"I need some things anyway" he simply shrugged, trying harder not to smile at the Latvian's nervousness, Konstantin would have to stop doing that and guess why the smaller was always scared of him but today was just for checking his fellow soviet republics. There were suspicions about betrayal, people at the Party kept saying that the three baltics wanted to gain their independence and he would make sure to put those rumours into a test.

Rai wanted nothing more than to get away from the union- To escape, and to give his own people freedom and peace, but he was never strong enough to do it on his own, and was always too anxious afterwards.
