I dunno '~' That was a random add I didnt know that person. It looks like one of their friends might get banned too. (oooooh I'm like a detective!!)

Hey, I figured out how to make them actual chat-emotes/icons, but you probably already know...

Thats what all the (insertnamehere)plz accounts are for. so you can just type :icon(insertnamehere)plz: and it'll show up. I don't know the rules regarding all these accounts, though.

I tried looking for any special rules on both 'Help & FAQ' and Google, but there appears to be none. And these plz accounts are everywhere, too, so I'm sure they are okay to operate. I'm guessing all the rules that apply to you currently will be the same if you made one.
So, if you really wanted to, you could make an account and then add the same emote to your Jaztendo64 gallery with the code in the description.
