What is the El Paso, Roanoke, and Equestria RR?The El Paso, Roanoke And Equestria! I came up with this Railroad out of boredom. But what it is is a Railroad that connects The United States And Equestria together. First established in 1867, the line grew and thrived in the 19th And 20th Centuries. The Railroad is also known for its ALCO built steam locomotives. Like the G1 Class 4-8-4. And speaking of steam, they didnβt completely retire steam until January 1968 in Equestria. But, EP, R, and EQ Steam in the US however, vanished in 1962. In 1970, the Railroad began a steam program.
And as for diesels, the GP38 and the SD40-2 are among the most common the Railroad owns.
The railroad ran some passenger trains throughout its existence. Including the Equestrian, the Pegasus, the Texas Star, and others. In the age of steam, they were usually headed by 4-6-2 Pacific, 4-6-4 Hudson and 4-8-2 Mountain Type locomotives. Until The 1950βs when the E and F Units took over.
