Anyways, if you know about those twitter users, they are been replying the same comment on every tweet from Rockman X DiVE especially the following below.

Asakumop comments the same petition that has nothing to do with Rockman X DiVE while the other one has an obsession of Quake Woman (a character from a Mega Man Archie comics) who wanted to appear in the game despite of being an obscure character. Well, people should not pressuring the producer and developers on every game.

I never heard about it before. The petition I am talking about is having a collaboration with Dr. Slump but I don't know if Capcom has a license agreement with a creators of Dr. Slump or not.
