Follow me on Twitter@ Jeremia Cline. I've been involved with art, primarily pencil and pen art, for nearly 24 years, yes I started really young. I'm married with a wonderful daughter and the most supportive woman I know, my wife. I was recently medically retired from the U.S. Army from injuries sustained in combat and am taking this time to get back to what I have loved to do for all these years and that is art. I hope to work my way into the field of either comics or illustration. I don't have much in the way of formal education but I hope to rectify that in the near future. Having TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) from IED blasts and such in Iraq in 2006 does play on the memory a bit but I don't want that to stop me. I Love Art.# Comments

Personally I think I could have added a lot more details, especially to the axes. :/
But hey, what's done is done.
Friendly tip; I've been using Photoshop for about 6 or 7 years now, and the best way to learn how to do things is to just play with it, try new things at random and see what happens. Tutorials can help too, but they make more sense when you're already familiar with all the tools and sections.

Thank you for the tip. I tried the tutorials a while back and as you said, doesn't make much sense unless you're a little familiar with the program..I still think the pic is awesome especially with the runes

Yeah, sometimes tutorials even make learn something completely different than what was intended. Haha.
Sadly, I didn't know the Futhark alphabet when I made the sunwheel, so the runes doesn't really say anything. I just typed out sentences and words with a rune font. However, I did know the meaning of the sunrune hence why it is placed in the end of every arm in the sunwheel.
