you're going to have to contact Gumroad's support. I can't help you with any of that.

However, I would suggest double checking you've entered all your info in correctly (CC Number, exp. date and the CV code on the back.) As well as your Email address. If none of that fixes the problem then yeah you're going to have to contact the site themselves.
