hehe I'm always afraid of coming out an saying this - but Sailor Moon is pretty low on my favourite senshi list. xD (Mars and Jupiter FTW! ^_^) Still, there's something very appealing about a nice, flowing dress....

Well, your anatomy seems pretty good - no serious issues there. Are you looking to stay within an anime-style or move onto a more realistic style?
The only thing that really comes to my attention is your colouring - take the time to observe some digital works and notice how other artists use various degrees of shadows and highlights to give their drawings a more dynamic look. I only have one digital/coloured work in my gallery, so I'm not really the 'go to' person for advice on this subject. I suggest that you take a look at the works of:

(I've tried to arrange them from anime to more realistic colouring styles.)
It's important that you choose for yourself what style you want to work in - don't feel like your only option is photorealism. Choose something that you're comfortable with and is a realistic goal for your current skills. You can work on improving as you go.

it's okay. I think the anatomy needs a little work, and the lines look a bit sloppy in some places, like when they aren't connected very well, and the hands are a little pointy.
