I was curious what program was that, I use photoshop for pixeling! But my lines suck so bad, I have done pixels alot in my life but I can never get the pixels to look straight they are always chunky,Β

How do you get the lines so straight, i wished there was a special trick for it!
then for the brown color did you just put that on overlay too?

Those pixels look really nice though! The program is GIMP, but there is one trick that might help you out. I put this in a tutorial I did, so you can see what I mean.
It is in the second step, you basically remove any pixels that are "optional", so that way you create smoother lines. However, sometimes when three lines combine, it is the prettiest to leave one pixel there to connect them, but that is basically just what you like instead of what "must be done". I noticed this small tricks help my lines get much smoother.

Yeah well i use photoshop cs6 and there is a pencil tool there and ive drawn in pixels its just getting the lines clean i dont get that can take a while!

I don't GIMP is any easier than other programs, I think it's just what you're used to use. My lines are usually not clean too, I select the pixel I want to be gone and just delete it. The eraser in GIMP doesn't erase pixels, it's like a soft brush so not really nice for pixelwork.
Or one thing I do too is that I made my sketch bigger and then scale it down to the size I want the pixel to be. That way the lines get more pixel-y and that makes it easier to see where I need to place the pixels. That helps me too for making the lines cleaner
