Anyways I have two questions for you, I didn't send a note since I figured you may be swarmed with lots of notes already. I noticed the look on the Groudon eyes what are those made of? I'm not looking for LED lights I'm just curious to what the actual eyes are. 
And second question is it easier to have a tail separate from the suit like having it as an elastic belt?

Yes indeed
1. Groudon's eyes are made from yellow-tinted resin with LEDs cast into it that I purchased from *Monoyasha . Its possible to make your own eyes, but she does a fantastic job with it and I highly recommend her work. I painted them myself once they arrived. I bought three actually- the first one the yellow LED wasn't bright enough and was a flat blacked eye. The second had a white LED and was flat backed again, which was bright enough, but gave Groudon a very derp expression, so I re-ordered a pair of "follow me" eyes that have a curved back. The follow me ones give the eye an appearance of depth and magnification that allows the pupil to look like it's watching you from all angles. You can see an comparison here:

2. In most cases, the tail is separate from the bodysuit. This is because if you sewed it to the body, the weight of the tail would stress and pull at the fabric. Nearly all suits have a removable tail with a small hole to thread the belt through so your hips support the tail instead of the bodysuit. Also gives you the best movement possible. Of course my Shadow Lugia and Groudon are a special case with their tails- but they work because they are actually attached very securely to my body because of my diveskin and have a lot of foam support.

I have a Question! I'm wondering whether or not to make a fursuit to wear for.. idk, anything I guess! The only problem is, I am currently dependant upon my parents for money (in other words, I'm too young to get a job) and I don't want it to be too costly. I only want ears, handpaws, feet and a tail, would it be more expensive to make these myself or just get someone else to make them for me? I'm also unsure of where to order my fabrics, do you know of a place that good quality, but cheap products?

It is much cheaper to buy the materials and do the work yourself... because when you commission someone else, you're also paying for their craftsmanship, labor, and shipping costs.
