if ur brother have a bunk bed close to the window you can do the same as I did,just push him n pretend it was an accident, in raining nights it fells even better, and if ur brother`s room is in a second floor it is better yet *-*
also plant some roses under his window for better result C:
and make sure to give a party(pretend it is a close friends party so he can`t or study group or whatever) outside ur house in an area that his fall can be perfectly visible aaaaaaand don`t forget a camera,
it is the most important,
(and if you can let ur brother drunk before he sleep to push him AND borrow a dog that had drunk a looooooooot of water it`d be bonus too)
but this is just a easy way that don`t need too many tools
