Yes, we ordered both of them in advance. I loved ADHD! The songs kick ass, the keyboardist truely gets to shine on the record, the basslines are awesome (as always) and lyrics very inspiring. BTW...Mariusz Duda has said he's planning a new solo album somewhere in the future, so stay tuned.

What it comes to PT's The Incident: I love how the first CD is this one, big "epic", the songs are cleverly binded together, changing from one mood into another. Just like ADHD, this has intriguing lyrics as well, especially the ones that have been explained by Steven Wilson. He's a wise guy and really puts a lot of thought in his texts. The second cd then...Bonnie The Cat is absolutely the best song on it. Can't stop listening to it!

i realy agree on what you said about the two CDs. I realy like the second Cd from The Incident a lot, but the song bonnie the cat is a bit too dark for me. I love t´he song flicker.

the best song from ADHD is left out, at my opinion. the song is so emotional. i almost start crying when i listen to it.

in the next month I'll go to a concert of Porcupine Tree and Riverside too. This would be the first concert from Porcupine Tree for me!! I'm so exited.

Hey, thanks for the Lazuli recommendation!
I'm listening to their music right now at Myspace. The only detail that will require digesting, is their language. Everything else seems to attract my interest: "exotic" (well unusual at least) instruments, atmospheric music...and who could resist a band that uses chapman stick!

Yay! You'll have a blast at the concerts, they both are amazing live - have fun!

The frist time I was listenig to Lazuli, was on my second concert of "Riverside". Lazuli was the 'introduction' (I don't know the correct word in English for that expression...).
It was very funny, because my parents were with me and they were a bit irritated and said: "This is music from hell." LOL
Well for me the exotic music of them hypnotized me so much. I Love that they write their music in French. Normally I hate French, in school I was soo bad and my teacher were not so nice to me, but now when I dont have it in school I missed it... very strange.

Ohh mir gehts ganz okay soweit. Hab grad ne "neue" Band entdeckt und bin jetzt begeistert (Odi Acoustic) Und wie gehts dir? Wo machst du Praktikum??
Schule ist bei mir so extrem stressig. Ich hab 51 Stunden in der Woche (mit Freistunden) .__.

mich hats grad total erwischt! bin total erältet...
ich mahc in einer werbeargentur in frankfurt. ist ganz cool. hab zwar manchmal recht wenig zu tun aber ist schon interssant!

das ist ja ein stundenplan! wahnsinn....
da hätt ich ja keine lust drauf, aber die leichte 11. klasse ist nun leider vorbei...

was macht diese band denn für musik?

Gute Besserung, falls die Krankheit immer noch vorhanden ist! Ich war auch vor paar Tagen noch krank...
Oh wie geil Ich wünschte wir würden auch ein Praktikum machen.. aber leider hatten wir schon eins und machen leider kein zweites
Jaa stimmt, aber ich finde die 12te Klasse jetzt auch nicht sooo schlimm.. bis jetzt gehts noch finde ich
Ehm Odi Acoustic covert blink-182 Songs, nur eben in Akustik Versionen! Klingt wirklich toll

entschuldige dass ich erst jetzt antworte... war ziemlich stressig die letzte zeit...

bei uns ist grad wahnsinnig viel los. wir schreiben total viele arbeiten...

praktikum war total gut.
die leute waren so nett und haben sich gefreut dass ich da war. sie meinten am schluss ich kann ja dann später mal wieder vorbei kommen, wenn ich will.
