Ok, I won't lie, this is a little weird.
People don't fave a lot of the time when they don't see things they like. It happens. I happen to watch over 100 deviants, because to me, a watch is like saying "I've read/looked at a few of you works and you seem pretty cool. Keep up the good work." Then later, if I see something I really like, I go to it and either comment or fave.
To be perfectly honest, you might want to check my track record before criticizing me about faving your work. For one, my last journal is from AUGUST. In it, I mention going to my first year of college and being a Chemical Engineering major, possibly with a double major in English. I beleive I started watching you sometime in the summer/spring... thus, understand that college is kicking my butt and I don't have that much time to go through all my watches and comment and fave on stuff that doesn't pop for me.
Also, try looking at MY deviations or recent faves to figure out what I like. You might notice I'm a writer and a little bit more interested in human emotions/characterization. Thus, giving a favorite to cutsy pkmn fanart is not the top of my list. My most recent faves are also a clue: I go in "favorites phases" where I fave alot of stuff that is around a central theme then go to something else. Since my last pkmn phase, I've been in the following phases: We by Yevgeny Zamyatin fanart, anything funny/smart by Inonibird, digitial painting/cartoon tutorials, NaNoWriMO and Snow Angel Superstar fanart, Vampire Diaries Fanart, pretty photos. Then we hit 3 pkmn fanarts, with some random stuff, then a number of other phases. To be honest, the type of work you do does not particularly strike me at this moment.
In all fairness, you have to understand that I check dA for about 10 min. every 3-4 days; every 2 weeks, I approx. do .5 hr binges of going through my comments and seriously looking at who I watch. Sometimes, if I really like something, i try not to fave it until I've commented. Also, I did happen to like your pic of the cute little fuzzy(mm, what was it called? Edward, that's it), but I wasn't sure if I wanted to fave/comment/both. I didn't have time to decide, because I had a meeting, so I left it.
Its great if you have a lot of time on your hands and can look and comment on every single thing the peeps you watch make. Really, that's awesome. I unfortunately, do not have that luxury; but I do try to watch people that I want to continue to see work from, and I do try to get around to looking at people's works. But sometmes, it just takes time. I'm a big fan of KrysofDeath on here, and have been for about 5 years (when she did TMM artwork and I was a big TMM fan). Although she has evolved to bigger things, I continue to enjoy her growth. But I only comment or fave on her works once every 3 months, if that. It all depends on time.
So I hope that answers your question; and if you didn't like my response, feel free to tell me. As well, though, don't phrase your question like that if an answer like this is not what you're looking for. Either a) ask something like: "hi, I noticed you watch me but haven't fave'd or commented recently. I hope you're not too stressed or busy; if that's the case I hope everything gets better. If that's not, then is there something I've been doing in my artwork that you dislike? I'm eager to improve, so I'd like to hear your opinion" (I'm assuming your wish for improvement is why you care about my fave track record) or b) keep it to yourself: the kind of comment you made either expresses that you want to improve, or you want to insult me and don't care if I get back to you. I'm a firm beleiver in being polite to people, expecially over the internet where it stays forever, and especially to people you don't know. A smile and gracious tone to your comments can light up people's day. Being an anti-troll is good for the soul.

I'm sorry that you've been busy. And that's what I've been feeling lately. If the watchers I have never seem interested in what I do then I MUST be doing something wrong. xD

I understand what you've been saying also. And saying that you at least glance and what I do I'm happy about. I was feeling like you ignored me completely. But thank you anyways. =3

And since I like watchers that would watch me for the things I draw and not in "Favorite phases" I've been joining some groups that are about PKMN art. xP

I was just wondering why my watchers didn't seem to care. But after this. I might just leave my watchers alone and let them ignore me if they want. xD Maybe drop a message saying "Hi" Or something to let them know they exist to me. xD

But anyways thanks for opening my eyes. =3

Well, I commend you on being able to drop by for the sake of a hello. I'm usually so busy it doesn't even cross my mind.
Well, since you brought up one my most miserable "holidays", how will yours be? (I hope it finds you well & blissful)

Ah, always a work in progress. My poetry seems to be going no where, with the exception of a dusty peice from october and an odd one I wrote in the middle of the night a few weeks ago. Still not sure if I should edit them, so they aren't on dA. On the plus side, my AP Lit teacher is "forcing" me to be one of 15 kids chosen from the school to go to a 3 day workshop by our state's Poet Laurette. I'm really excited, but afraid of shaming myself.
May I reciprocate the question? (Sorry, I spent most of my day writing essays to tell strangers about my undying wish to be a engineer.XP)

I'm really not that much better. I just had some note correspondence going on and I said "Wow, I really, really need to clean this place up." Checking in with everybody just goes along nicely with it.

Same, same. I haven't written anything decent but essays for the past two or three months. I've got an amazing new English teacher and he doesn't really challenge the others too much, but he keeps pushing me because he thinks I've got potential. I just started a poem, but it's a little too vent-y for me. I hate whiny poets. *Blows raspberry* My visual art is finally beginning to progress a little, too, but it's still mostly crap on a cracker. No exaggeration.
Wow! I, in turn, am forcing you to impart any new knowledge gained from the experience once you've done it.
Engineer, huh? I wish I shared that wish. It's what my dad wants me to do . . . but meah. That's life.
