# About me
Welcome to my profile/art page/gallery (I guess that's what you could this).My name is Karakau, which is the translation for " to tease." I also go by Tease or ティーズ (neither were available when I made my username...).
My main art style is anime/manga and occasionally realism. I use to paint and draw a lot, but now I'm too busy with classes and such. So I don't do either things as much.
Now a days and the last few years, I've been making chibi figures. Mainly, because it's fun to mold and shape clay, plus I can do it whenever it's convenient for me. Secondly, sometimes I want a figurine like a Nendoroid or some character/variation, but it's either not on the market or I can't afford it, so the next best thing is to make my own. Yup, 100% handmade from scratch, neither alterations of existing figures nor mix-n-match parts.
I guess long story short...

the arcade version of sona is really popular, though I like the guqin skin more. originally, i was suppose to make the arcade version, but the commissioner changed their mind and wanted guqin instead.

I'm glad that you appreciated the critiques. I was kind of worried. When I critiqued people's artworks back in high school, a lot didn't like it and viewed me as a "jerk". So I'm kind of cautious (and I guess afraid) when giving critiques.

We all get busy! Like right now I have a ton of deviants work in my inbox that I need to look at, but I haven't had the chance to fav and comment in like a week between school.... work... the tornado... and finishing a commission :/ I try my best to get around to them though when I get the chance.
You shouldn't worry too much about critiques. Some people just can't take being told that they are wrong about anything. Which does make crit's difficult to give, but for the most part I'm the same way with them. You can usually tell how the artist is going to react based on what they say to others and how they have their work described or profile set up. Especially if it's an artist I really respect I try my best to give as many pointers as I can so that their work will be even stronger. Usually those people end up respecting you more as an individual and as an artist yourself. I like crit's because that's why we post our work on this site. Not to just here "I like it" or something. I think we need the feedback and it's truly what I look for most from my watchers. I try to do the same with my critiques... all though recently I feel like I haven't had the time to dedicate to giving full crit's :/
