oh my apologies! I don't check deviantart as much as I should. So sorry I didn't get back to you on this. I did go to Otakon this year but alas, my Kasumi costume made me shy to walk around too much, lol.

yea, i got that call too. it was only a matter of time, lol. but i had to do the forebearence thingy, since my stuff's in a couple diff. places. any extra time i can get to get the secure job thing down i will fully take advantage of, lol.

ditto. I have no idea what I'm gonna do with the scattered loans. I remember reading that if you condense it into 1 payment (I forgot the word, arg...) then there's a higher interest or something in replace for the conveniance. I dunno what to do. the whole full time job thing is so friggin elusive. But glad to hear you're still drawing! I've been too busy socializing, lol. and enjoying no Homework!

i hear ya with that. i've been doing my fair share of socializing (slacking, really. lol) but i'm still wading myself in the proverbial waters. right now, aside from the two comic projects i'm working on (and partime job), i'm also working on this animation with some fellow Art Institute allums. (Jake Hoisington and Shaka Moody). it's really Jake's baby, but the rest of us jumped on to help with the work load (it's all roto-scoping). when it's done, it should be entered in a few film festivals and such. and we are getting paid so there's something to keep my occupied for a while. lol.

oh coolness. That's definitely something to keep you busy! I'm actually considering going into the motion graphics field, although I lack motion graphics stuff, lol. So... gonna have to build it up. Got a bunch of ideas lately so gonna try to put them into action! Good luck with that film tho. When is the due date for the film festival?

yeah, BUSY is the magic word these days. lol. and there's no specific due date yet, aside from it being done before the year ends. we'll get into tighter time constraints as we get a more realistic idea of how long it'll take for us to finish the scenes.

thanx. and, depending on what ur trying to draw, sometimes i find that just searching for a character on DA in the search engine and looking at what people do with it sparks enough inspiration for me. it's an idea at least...
