Instead of MSpaint you can use a free program like photoshop called GIMP. :3

Go to google and type in "Gimp" and click the first one. Go to downloads and select Download Gimp 2.6
They recently came out with the newer version. :3

I hope you enjoy the program, it makes art lots more fun.
