you don't have to copy another person's style to be influenced by them. just pick up different techniques and apply them you own way. also is your profile picture a self-portrait?

listen, if you don't draw for yourself then there is no point in you drawing. remember art helps us express our feelings so we and our audience can experience them, and if what you draw ends up becoming a product of your self, then there is nothing wrong with that.
so really, don't let it get you down, I wouldn't want you to stop doing what you do.

I thought so, I lot of females in your work resembles this self-portrait when in turn, resembles you. I am kind of the similar, I sometimes draw guys that resemble me.
another thing I noticed is that you are really good at drawing beautiful people who also have bronzed skin. I think it's splendid that you can draw good-looking people like that. because all I usually notice are artists that draw beautiful people that are fair-skinned and it get's quite bland, but you really bring something fresh to your audience.
so keep up the good work, I can learn a lot from you!

what a person likes and loathes shows up in their linework. I read a book I own on art and it taught me how to understand an artist's judgements by reading the lines in their drawing.
I can understand the technical and stylistic judgements but don't think how you draw is bad. the fact that you draw your drawings to have a similarity to you gives them life-like qualities and it shows that you empathise with whatever you draw and because of that, your audience will also love your art as much as you do.

Well sometimes its true little stories that really hapened to me, but drawing "me" is like building my own dreams, drawing them !
Imagining scenarios and drawing them is always so delightful, its like invent a brand new side-life to mine.
I hope my audience isn't bored of always seeing the same type of characters ahah, but if they not they're not obliged to look right ?

I have an idea, you should write and draw a story with your characters! I can help you design it if you want a male perspective of romance
also because of what you just said, it inspired myself to draw romantic art; not many people know, but I have a soft spot for good romance so thank you for encouraging me!
your audience is your audience because they like what you do and they want to see MORE of the type of characters you draw and remember, I am a part of your audience as well and I am certainly not bored and yes I am not obliged to look at your work, but I CHOOSE to look at your works because you have a great sense of character and you have the technical skill to make what you do look visually appealing.
If you love drawing the way you do, then keep at it! You have my support.

I think if you work on a story at a slow pace it will be easier to commit to; just do it when you feel like it and I am a patient guy so it wouldn't bother me, besides taking a lot of time off a story helps you get more ideas before you do any work.
I think making a romantic story that has both a strong female and a strong male lead makes the story lovable for both genders.
so a story with both the female and male perspectives makes the story worth it to the audience.
