That would be inspired and inspiring all together!
You are free to write a story about any picture and I could feature a link/thumb to your story in the comments section of the picture (Saying something like: "Here is a short story by inspired by this work, feel free to take a look and show your support" , so that people could visit your story if they like. And you could do the same on your story, featuring a link/thumb to my image, saying the story is inspired by the picture in the link (or thumb for better).
Have in mind that most of my pics have a short story/description on their own (not like literature, just like a minor story line) (those made for the android game Arcstone are not there for the moment as the game is not released yet), so please don't be offended if the official description/short story will be added later.

There is no reason i would take offense. In a writer's group i was in we would all look at a pic and each would write their own story. out of 8 peoples there were never similar stories even though we all looked at the same picture.
I have a few stories posted that are linked to pictures, so you do not have to worry, i do send people to where i get my inspiration and i thank you for the offer to send people my way as well. i look forward to all of this!

Nice! I'm no stranger to this, as I've worked in the past in a comics class where we all had to do similar tasks, as we had to write a very short story and illustrate it and the results where unique even if we had the same theme.
I'm looking forward to this too! Let the stories flow!
