I run Mageia currently. It's origin was Red Hat -> Mandrake -> Mandriva -> Mageia. It's pretty flexible in that you can compile it by hand if you want to, or it can take care of most processes for you with the RPM system. How about yourself?

I run Arch, although I will usually recommend Linux Mint to friends/family since it's so user-friendly. I switched as soon as Windows 10 came out, being entirely fed up with Microsoft's shenanigans.
