Well it depends on your style of writing. I was a bit lost at times, some things need clarifying, and I'd put spaces between the paragraphs. But that's my style of writing.
Um, that's completely up to you. Think about how the story should end first, and work backwards. Plan what YOU want in your story, not what other people want.
