Hey, it's been a while.
I was actually thiking of you the other day. (I hope that doesn't sound too odd.)
It's been... well, there's no simple way of saying it. Up and down, I suppose. Some days I feel great, others no so much. On top of that, I can't seem to write any more.
Not poetry at least.
I guess I should be happy about that, if it means I'm not upset enough to write, but..
I kind of miss it. I really do.
Thank you for checking in on me though, even if I've seemed to disappear on this site.

Maybe you can try and write out of different emotions, I lean to believe your talent doesn't necessarily rely on your mental being down in the gutter...
I'm fine overall, neither better nor worse.
